Weighed in today at 219.2. That's a 2 lbs drop since my last weigh in and a total of 15 lbs lost.

This morning I was 221.6. I would like to be 210 or less by April 1st.

I weigh myself everyday because seeing results gets me motivated for the day. Even if my weight goes up a little, it's okay because it makes me work even harder the next day. Keep up the good work everyone. I started here a couple weeks ago weighing in at 234 lbs, I am currently at 221. Add me if you'd like.

30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. On my days off I might do an extra 30 minutes in the afternoon.

I've been cigarette free for 2 years now. It is extremely hard to quit. Use that same will power you had to lose 40 lbs into kicking the habit. Keep yourself busy and think of all the money you're saving not buying cigarettes. Every time you get a craving do some push ups or sit ups, whatever you prefer.

I'm 27 with 2 girls (5 and 18 months). I've gained a total of 80 lbs since the first pregnancy. Trying to lose all that and then some. Add me if you'd like and we can motivate each other. That goes to any other mom's out there as well.
