I get most of my inspirations from the local farmers' market. Whatever they have are always the best quality. Here are a few from last week.

    - Cara Cara Oranges
    - Satsuma Tangerines
    - Kiwis
    - Cauliflower
    - Rainbow Carrots

Last week's protein was lamb. I'm thinking of getting buffalo this week (high iron, low fat, low cal).

My new favorite meal is to cook up a bunch of asparagus in a pan with a little olive oil. Throw some sea salt on top and then plop on two fried eggs. Delicious!

I love Indian food and make it for dinner one night and then eat it for lunch the rest of the week. So, I eat a lot of lentils, mung beans (split, otherwise they take a long time to cook), quiinoa (my new favorite grain! lots of protein), and brown basmati rice. Also, bananas with peanut butter (just peanuts, no oil or salt or sugar added) is my favorite snack. :)
