I often get bored with the foods I eat. The purpose of this list is to obtain some ideas from other peoples grocery list. Not just your basic bread, butter and milk unless they vary from the basic, but also any unique items you enjoy. i think it will also encourage others to try something new...that's what I'm hoping for myself. please list your grocery items below. With that said; here are some of my items

pummelo
almond breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk
almond breeze chocolate almond milk
love crunch granola!
wild rice
Imagine SOUPS: sweat pea, acorn squash and mango, butternut squash
Smart beat mayonnaise

i will be back with more when I remember....

My new favorite meal is to cook up a bunch of asparagus in a pan with a little olive oil. Throw some sea salt on top and then plop on two fried eggs. Delicious!
  • I love Indian food and make it for dinner one night and then eat it for lunch the rest of the week. So, I eat a lot of lentils, mung beans (split, otherwise they take a long time to cook), quiinoa (my new favorite grain! lots of protein), and brown basmati rice. Also, bananas with peanut butter (just peanuts, no oil or salt or sugar added) is my favorite snack. :)

I always buy fresh produce such as seasonal fruits. I go for fresh Romain & chop it myself. Lean ground Turkey for all beef substitutes. Feta, hummus, celery, baby carrots, zucchini, broccoli, etc. Frozen is usually steam fresh packs of broccoli & cauliflower, edamame or green beans (if there aren't any fresh). Almond milk, greek yogurt, flat out wraps. Seems like several of us have the same lists :flowerforyou:
