Looks like Iam not alone. I guess I need to buy compression socks and see if that helps. I think I have a mix of both varicose and spider veins. To add up to these. I have cellulite too and something called chicken skin. And I am noticing it's getting worser. Sigh!

My mom has it too, but no one in the family has heart issues. I read that varicose veins could be heriditary. I was hoping to have a way to reduce it with exercise.

I love to walk and run and thats how I get my cardio. I have around 20 lbs to lose too. its not painful. But I am getting too embarassed wearing short clothes.
