Thanks ladies. I'll look into those Ali, and thank you! I forgot I have some turmeric capsules so I'll take those for now and I have some essential oils that I'll start using as well. I hope I recover soon, I'm upset I had to quit so quickly! And my poor daughter doesn't understand why Mommy can't get on the trampoline…

That looks like more of what I've been doing and I have been losing weight. I found that the avocado oil I cook with has the most fat out of everything I typically eat lol. ETA: Jk. I've been doing more 40c/40f/20p oops

All good info, thank you! I'm still trying to wrap my head around a calorie deficit and what it means lol. Sorry, I'm completely new to this so I'm not very educated. I also don't mind staying at my current weight if that means I am more tone than flabby.
