Nursing Mommies!

Hey everyone! Let me introduce myself- I'm Shelby, I'm 22 years old, 5'5" and currently 149lbs. I have a 15mo daughter that I am still breastfeeding. I was 160lbs pre-pregnancy and 195lbs when I delivered. As you can tell, I've lost quite a bit since then thanks to bf and taking 30-60 min walks almost every day, but now I'd like to tone up and lose the flab! My goal is to lose 10 more lbs while gaining lean muscle, and would love any suggestions/fitness routines any of you ladies have. Mostly, I'd like a support system! Feel free to add me as a friend! I look forward to talking to you all and embarking on this journey together!

    HI! I don't nurse anymore but just wanted to say hi, add some support and PLUS one you in your efforts.
