I have been working on my walking to get build up to the c25k. 3 weeks of walking = scared, but ready to start jogging. w1d1 here I come.

looking to add support also. I have been aiming to eat clean for 2 weeks. At the end of 2nd week and seems to be going well. The shift is driven to improve health and lose weight.

I just started doing zumba recently also. I think it is fun. I keep having a nagging fear that someone will record it because I feel I must look utterly ridiculous. I hope when my fitness improves, my rhythm will too.

Great information.... I do count - but it is more to track and learn. I hope to get to a place where I don't need to. I am still learning what to eat - so tracking allows me to see what the macros of different foods are. I back and forth on dairy and nuts. Glad you decided to share the journey. I find the tracking really helps me. Even when you slip... track it. No shame in slipping, it is the lack of honesty with yourself that will bring you down. We have middle eastern food once a week. Chicken or lamb kabobs are my favorite. I skip the rice and bread and just eat the grilled veg side.

Done with what I could do... Only made it to 60 . I think I obercommitted. But now I am determined to work up to it.. May have to complete over 3 days.

I also like their freezer section to keep a few frozen meals on hand for those lazy or running late days. They have some great healty options!

I am working the low carb plan also. I find carbs are my weakness and lead to a slippery slope for me with healthy eating. So off the carbs and on with a healthier lifestyle (including the goal to loose a significant amount of weight). Feel free to add me, I am happy to support you and could use the support as well.
