Been battling 40lb weight gain and loss my whole life. You'd think I learn my lesson my now. Lol. In my mid 40's. Problem is exercise. On my feet constantly at work. Need to get energy and motivation to exercise at home. Just found out about this app last week. Down 2.5. Keeping it positive!!

    I am in the same boat. Just do it! Started 2 weeks ago. Lost 5 lbs. 35 to go before July 2015.

    I keep going up and down with the same 40... but I really want to lose 80. I agree that exercise is the key.

    Was able to do a 1 mile workout and started a 30 day squat challenge. The big challenge is doing this on a day after work.
