i usually log it in as "dancing, aerobic" or "dancing, general". But its a really intense class, I will do half "general aerobics" and half "dancing, general".

WATER WEIGHT! that's why you should only weigh yourself once a week. for most accurate weight, make sure its first thing in the morning before you eat and after you use the bathroom. don't worry!
