I'm only 5'5 (sorry) but at 244, wear an 18. And when I was 160-ish, I usually wore a 11/12 ( big butt and thighs )

I take my bike rides in the morning, but it's mainly because I work in the evening, and it's cooler in the morning (85 or so degrees compared to the 103+ in the afternoon/evening). Walking occurs throughout the day for me, usually hitting 12000+ steps. And if I go swimming, I try to do it in the morning.

It's most likely because of the sedentary setting, I'm only about 10 lbs lighter, and tried setting it to sedentary and 2 lb loss, and was only given 1200 cals. I would suggest setting it to 1lb loss a week and throw in exercise daily

I'm 5'5 also, it won't be as easy as if you were bigger unfortunately since you are pretty close to being within a healthy range for our height. Make sure you measure all your food, and make sure to move daily. I'd say to set your weight loss to .5 a week.

Copper iud here....tried the pill, woke up in the middle of the night a huge bloody mess, sorry TMI...and on the shot had uncontrollable hunger (unfortunately gave in) and a 3 month long period. Unfortunately my body can't handle the hormones

I myself don't eat meat because it's dead animal flesh. But I cook meat for my family and serve it, I think it can smell delicious, and sometimes miss it. But knowing it's a dead animal I cannot eat it.

It works for me, since I'm not a big breakfast eater, I am a 'I'm munchy in the middle of the night' so I now cut that out. Also since I work in a restaurant, I eat my 1 healthier meal almost at the end of my window and I'm not tempted to eat the high calorie goodies.

I do IF....sometimes I have black coffee in the AM, and between noon and 8 I can eat, after that I just drink water/no Cal beverages

Weigh myself daily, but only log it when it's a new low. Lately it's been daily, even if only by .2 lbs, but if it went up or stayed the same, I'd know to tweak my diet/exercise if it continued on that trend.

5'5 and 246.8 wear US 18 in pants and L/XL in pants. Oddly enough, when I weighed this much 6 years ago I wore 22/24.

I also do shift work(6pm-about 12a) but I do 16:8 and I can eat between 12p-8pm because that works for me

I do, just started a few days ago, and it makes staying in my calorie goal soon much easier and I already have no urge to eat outside those hours because I know that soon I'll be able to eat

Started doing IF...so I can reasonably eat what I want within those hours, and after I feel no temptation. ...granted it's only been a few days, but so far so good

I work at a restaurant that is famous for its pancakes, french toast and crepes. I have looked up the calorie counts for some of them, and decided that most of the time, they aren't worth it and eat something healthier.
