Everyone is different, we all lose from different spots first. But congrats on all these little signs that your weight is going down!! It's all motivation in my mind. I've lost about 15 lbs but I've noticed that my waist has shrunk a bit, and my rings have gotten looser

I'm 41...almost 42...and I'm in a job where I'm on my feet a lot, but when I track my food and my activity, I get good results (weight loss) as compared to when I don't (weight gain).

Lol I was an overweight vegetarian, I was vegetarian for 7 years, and while I did lose weight, I was still way overweight for my height

I had my gallbladder removed about 15 years ago, I had no issue with weight afterwards.
-
About 40k, it was a one time thing, and I felt like I was on my feet all day
-
Lol probably 3000+

I weigh daily🙋 and regardless of the result I log it into Libra to be able to track the ups and downs
-
1. My logging has been pretty much the same, I pre-log my day. 2. I either take walks through my neighborhood with my son or do laps in the backyard, tbh my steps have gone down a lot, but I'm not stressing it. 3. Ive actually lost about 4 lbs since I've been let go due to all this (a lil over 2 weeks ago), and there will…
-
You're not, I've been feeling the same way, saving most food for my mother and my son

Since I work at a restaurant my job is gone until this is all over. I'm stressing hardcore, but trying to deal with it, the day we were let go (Wednesday) I just literally laid in bed after I came home, yesterday I moved a bit more, but my eating was more in the maintenance zone. It's a struggle, but I'm trying.

I work at a restaurant so before I was always snatching fries, a breadstick every now and then and tons of other goodies. I also had dessert at least once to a few times a day. Now no more fries, no more bread and no more sweets for me
-
Looks yummy, idk how I feel about corn for brekky though🤔
-
I have cut out everything that I ate way too much of (i.e. bread, tortillas, pasta, sweets n chips) so I no longer have anything that I can go snack or binge on at night anymore. And shortly before bed I chug a few big cups of water so I feel full n bloated anyways.
-
Always...i heart cucumbers in any form and with any and everything 😋
-
Just here to say I like cucumbers🙋
-
I typically eat breakfast during the week around 7 and on the weekends whenever I wake up, and dinner is usually between 5-6:30, depending on if I have school that night, and that's usually it for me.

Your story is almost as beautiful as you two are 💕

I still have sweets as long as it fits my cals. There's no way I can go for the rest of my life without sweets. A lot of the time I get the snack sizes and just have 1 or 2
-
I'm an inch shorter at 5'5, my lowest was 140. I had a 25 inch waist, but still wore size 9/10 in jeans because I have always had a big butt and thighs. Always had at least a C cup too. I would like to try and see myself at lower tho.

No advice here, but planning on going to Legoland next year for my littles bday, planning on 3 days and I'm not even going to stress on the food. Just gonna try to make some healthier choices here and there.
