Thank you all for you replies. How long should it take to see / feel a difference if I lift 2 x week with cardio 3 times a week. I was thinking of doing it for two months then mixing it up and trying some other work outs?

Hi, I have been on MFP program for about a week now...I think I went a bit too aggressive and mfp gave me a net cal intake of 1200... I have been eating around 1500-1700 but then working out and buring approx 700 per day. This has left me below the 1200 most days. I have not felt great on it and am now going to not be so…
