How much weight do you want to lose? Your TDEE if you don't exercise is around 2000 calories. If you have less than 8kg to lose I would say .25kg per week loss is safe, so you'd want to subtract about 250 calories from that and net 1750 calories.0

Enter your numbers into mfp with a reasonable weekly target and it will tell you what it it without exercise calories added. You are already just within a healthy weight range so it will be slow as you have little to lose0

Hi, I have been on MFP program for about a week now...I think I went a bit too aggressive and mfp gave me a net cal intake of 1200...
I have been eating around 1500-1700 but then working out and buring approx 700 per day.
This has left me below the 1200 most days. I have not felt great on it and am now going to not be so aggressive this next week and try and have a net of 1300 and actually meet that by eating more etc on the days that I work out to give a sensible net cal intake per day.0
