  • keep your weight in your heels. lift your chin to help keep a straight back. feet shoulder width apart, feet at about 45 degrees. verryyy important not to rock your weight into the front of your feet.

  • a good way to measure how well hydrated you are is by the color of your pee, lol. if its clear to very pale yellow, you're good ! lol, when i was in boot camp, the stalls had posters on them with color coded "pee gauges" to help you determine how well hydrated you were...gotta love the military.

  • you don't have to DRINK your water to stay hydrated. Try adding lots of water rich fruits and veggies to your diet, like watermelon, cucumbers. and tomatoes :) just try to stick with more veggies than fruit, so you don't get too much sugar.
