What "watch" do you use? I know this is an old post. I hope you have give more information now that you have had your "watch" for a while. I am looking into using something myself. I just don't know what to get. Thanks!

I agree! Don't "punish" yourself with exercise, but give yourself a little break and get a little walk in. Just clear your head and start again tomorrow. You can do it!!!

I'm still here! I've struggled lately, too. I started at 242 in October of 2011 and got down to 199 in October 2012. Now, sitting at 210 and I need support, too. I'll make it a point to be more active here. I'd appreciate your encouragement, too.

I totally know the feeling! I struggled and found that watching my carbs and sodium closer, I was able to start shedding the weight. I haven't had huge success, but 30+lbs in 32 weeks is "slow and steady wins the race." And that's my plan. I want to lose it slowly and the right way. I don't need to shed it like crazy and…

I think you are inspiring. It takes a lot to make any decision toward weight loss. Your pictures are awesome! Keep up the good work! It is always helpful to me if I have a specific motivation. p.s. You're Animal shirt is awesome!
