My highest weight was 394 lbs. Now I weigh 220. If someone asks me, I'll tell them, even though it technically is no one's business but my own. I'm not ashamed. After all, I'm not finished losing yet.

Tonight's dinner: my wrapless version of Cheddar's grilled buffalo chicken wrapper. I LOVE the wrap from Cheddar's, but don't eat there anymore due to having food allergies and not wanting to risk cross-contamination after one of their chefs explained their kitchen procedures to me.

I am literally like the laziest person on earth when it comes to exercise/fitness. I despise everything about it. The only thing I have found that motivates me to move was buying a Fitbit. I can look down at it all throughout the day and, if the number of steps I have taken isn't satisfactory, then I start feeling ashamed…

Always. I wish I could be one of those people who was naturally drawn to the better choice of food and/or who enjoys working out/fitness but alas I'm not. It's a daily battle that I suspect will last a lifetime.

I have food allergies so I always bring a pre-cooked protein source for myself whenever we go to in my in-laws, because they're big fans of what I just so happen to be allergic to. I also always take something else healthy, like a fruit salad or garden salad, that I made with my own dishes and serve out with my own spoons…

I gave that diet a looksy ages ago, and decided to steer clear from it when I discovered I just so happen to be allergic (Epi-Pen carrier!) to the food it suggested I eat (seafood), even though it claims to help allergies. Doesn't help much if I'm in the morgue...
