What disturbs me is her bad math. It only added up to 1,064 calories. Oh and yeah the psychology behind it is disturbing too.

It's only accurate if everyday where exactly the same. Don't put too much faith in that prediction. Fitbits i imagine are pretty accurate. The body responds differently if you eat too little just like if you eat too much. You have to find that tricky number deficit. Just keep at it and you'll see change.

Well that explains why we're so miserable carrying around those heavy bellies during pregnancy..... we just weren't designed to carry that much. I'd find a new physiologist. The current one missed a few classes about muscle fibers.

I recommend getting a fitbit or body bugg type of device to get a better idea of what you're burning. Mfp isn't always accurate and gum machines usually over estimate calories burned. I have read that too large of a deficit isn't good but I'm not a dr or scientist.

I've had one for a long time and i thought I'd get too crazy about weighing everything, but I'm more aware of what a portion is. It also came with a little booklet with calories per gram so i can find a more accurate match on mfp.

Hrm are more accurate with exercise. If you want an all day burn look into something like body bugg or fitbit. Depending on your size and effort that seems normal.

I looked better at 142 with muscle than 139 without muscle. It's never too early to start.

I used the same recipe except i used sugar substitute and 3/4 cups banana protein powder and 1 cup flour. It didn't seem as fluffy :(

They're adjustable and stretchy. The sizes go all the way up to xxl which is 60 inches max. They're way more accurate than no strap monitors. I have a polar hrm and the strap is comfortable and they have the xxl. Good luck.

I know a guy that had the lap band and lost over 100 pounds and has no loose skin. Body media thing. I loved it. $7 per month and month to month. Better customer service than body bugg. Food data base sucks for both.

I've found using my own body weight the best exercise. I've been trying to get the extended butterfly and noticed my shoulders are weak so I do weights for my shoulders. I've gained back most of my strength by practicing on the pole.

Well if you eat at a deficit your butts going to shrink some. However, squats, lunges, etc will build muscle and firm it up. Mine was bigger before but saggy-ish and eww. It's smaller now, but firm and up :). It really depends on how your body loses fat. I lose my boobs, butt then tummy. I know girls that get butt first…
