Just saw a thread on the foruns of the difference of lifting. I stand 5ft 4 at around 140. I could lose a few pounds but as reasonably fit I look OK. Except I hate my feminine features, my breasts and my butt. The lady in the feature had my butt in her before, I would love her after.
Would any lifters advise, can I round up my *kitten* when lifting, wont it go scrawny? And what about chest?
If anyone brave enough to show pics and describe what worked please do
I want to look hot, not muscly (dont mind some) but dont know where to start.
Oh and guess nutrition would factor in....to prevent scraggly scrawny, and look glowy and supple?
Thanks lovelies. Am tough muddering in nov.. So the stregnth would help!

Well if you eat at a deficit your butts going to shrink some. However, squats, lunges, etc will build muscle and firm it up. Mine was bigger before but saggy-ish and eww. It's smaller now, but firm and up
. It really depends on how your body loses fat. I lose my boobs, butt then tummy. I know girls that get butt first when they gain and keep a flat tummy. Building muscle will make a difference in your physique though.
