I was 64 when I started. I have been on diet plan for a month now but I started using this app later. I was eating under 1200 cal. Many people here asked me to eat 1200 minimum. I dint check my weight for 5 days and now its up again. 64 again. I managed to bring it to 61.5 last days.

Basically i am a medical student. All i have to do is sit on a desk. I dint put on weight because of overeating but i did it because i was in no physical activity from past couple of years. I dont like eatin more i fear it ll just do more harm. 1200 cal is a amount i was consuming before startin a diet.

Well there is no quick way to lose weight. It dint appeared in one night and wont go away in another. If u want you wana do it i mean really really wana do it prepare your mind that u wont be seein results for a few weeks. U have to wait for a month and 2 months to see the results for yourself.
