I've had CoolSculpting, and for me, it was worth it. I had a very odd pouch of fat right around my belly button - even the specialist I met with said they had never seen anything like it. I did 3 sessions on that area, and it definitely worked for me. The thing is, it only works if you are already at the weight you want to…

You've gotten a lot of good advice here - I'm curious as to why you are not responding to the advice that tells you to look at the links provided, that this process takes time, and that it's likely water weight, but jumped to respond to the comment that said it was starvation mode? It feels like you're not actually looking…

My go-to is It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Check it out if you like darker humor.

Mine has been doing this for a couple weeks now - the calories still sync to the Fitbit app so I just use that but it's still frustrating looking like I'm going over on calories in MFP every day

Does Zombies, Run! work when running on a treadmill or do you have to be running outside?

I had this happen once last week. If you go into the food tracker within Fitbit, you can swipe left on the duped entry to bring up the delete button, then just delete it out. This worked for me and it hasn't happened again since.

Asked my boyfriend to go on a hike this week that he used to have to drag me on because I thought it was "too hard".

I am so, so glad I saw this thread. I had the Mirena put in about two and a half years ago. Shortly thereafter, I started getting cystic acne breakouts all over my face, specifically on my jawline. I have had clear skin my whole life, so to start breaking out like a pubescent teenager was a shock. I searched for what could…

Oh yeah. I play adult rec volleyball once a week on a coed team of my friends. All great people, one of them being my long term boyfriend, but the guys think they deserve to hit the ball EVERY time it comes over the net. There's a rule in our league that if the ball is hit more than one time on a side, at least one of…

I'm 26 and also looking for new friends. Anyone can add me!

I usually plan out what I'm eating for the day in the morning as I'm getting ready. It has helped me tremendously, as I can see what my day looks like and add/subtract things here or there to make sure I meet my goals.

This is a good website for calculating the actual amount of calories you need: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ Try using the BMR calorie amount it gives you and see if that helps.

Let it go for today, and maybe do an extra 15-30 minutes of cardio. Before you leave today, you should approach him and let him know that you are kick-starting a diet, and you'd really appreciate it if he would either not bring you anything, because it is so tempting, or bring you something healthier. If you approach him…

My Avicii Pandora station is perfect for me. A half hour on the elliptical flies by!

This happens the other way too. People are shocked when I tell them I'm a tax accountant because of the way I look. They assume that I'm a dumb blond bimbo. I've actually had to show people my business cards to get them to believe me. *le sigh

A few ideas: First, sit him down and have a serious conversation with him about this. Basically, tell him exactly what you told us. Tell him that you worry about his health in the long run and want to have a long future with him. Tell him that it frustrates you when he says he will go on a walk with you but then doesn't.…

I typically listen to the 80's Cardio station. The music seems to have a good beat and it makes me want to dance, so it's entertaining.

You're also probably losing fat while gaining muscle, hence why you're seeing inches lost but not weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, and since you just started this routine, your body is probably building quite a bit of new muscle. I would focus on the inches for now, and I'd be willing to bet in another week or so…

The Zip is water resistant as well. Meaning, you can't go swimming or in the shower with it (like the Flex), but sweat or splashes won't hurt it.

I have the Fitbit Zip and actually really enjoy it for the price. I don't see a need to track my sleep at this point, so it seemed silly for me to spend the extra $40.00 just for that. I also don't go up and down too many stairs. I still log everything on MFP, food and some exercise. Any strength training I leave out and…
