I believe she can do it. It will take a lot of exercise, not just diet alone. Very strict. I'm aiming for a minimum of 6 lbs. a month but hoping for more to get me to my goal sooner.0 -
30DS and to lose 11 lbs
Good luck! Stay focused and you can do that. Lots of exercise.0 -
My goals are to finish 30DS, which I started today, and to lose 5 lbs (I'm aiming anywhere between 5 to 10).
Good luck to everyone on their goals!0 -
Each month my goal is to lose 5 pounds - so I am hoping to be at least 153 by the end of the month I would also LOVE for my size 12's to be loose. I tried my 10's on yesterday and they zipped and buttoned, but were still a little tight. However, if I could lose 8 pounds this month I will no longer be considered "overweight" via BMI, so I have a bit of extra motivation to work hard this month0

I want to be at my first weight goal!0

Finish C25K and get into the 150's (lose 6 lbs)!0
-
Drop another 8lbs and start going to my gym once the stinking thing opens (seriously, I signed up two months ago and it was supposed to open at the end of Jan. but still no joy.) Once it OPENS I'd like to aim for 4-5 trips to the gym per week.0

Keep eating the healthy way I'm learning to, my goal with this is to keep my fasting blood sugars in the 95-110 range. If I lose more weight with it, all the better.0

40 miles0

Lose 5 lbs and walk a minimum of 45 miles. I'm at 38.5 for this month (skipped a few days due to bad weather).0
-
I'd like to be at least 5 more lbs down! I'm averaging 1lb per week so I'd like to keep this going and hopefully kick it up!0
-
Eat relatively healthy, minimize binge eating, and try to take a walk at least every other day.0

Just to get back on track. I've had a rough 6 months and have put 20lbs back on None of my clothes fit ( Seriously had to leave work the other day and buy a bigger pair because I was so uncomfortable < insert shame :ohwell: ) I'm going to start working out again and back to eating better. I've treated my body like **** and I am paying for it :brokenheart: :sad:0

Don't feel shame. Feel empowered that you've made a decision to get back to it. You can do it! I had lost 35 lbs. and gained ti all back. Now I need to lose that an many more but determined to be better to myself. Good luck!0 -

lose between 1 - 2 Lbs...actual Lbs of fat (I don't care about water, etc). Increase my long ride from 30 miles to 40 miles. Not anticipating any issues with either.0
