Taco Bell has a "fresco" menu that is one of the least-bad fast food option, I suppose.

I love the bagel thins so much that I bought a mega pack of them from Costco! Not sure how they would work for a breakfast sandwich, though.

Beans are a great protein source, but they do have a carb content. Check out some vegetarian cook books from the library for recipe ideas without meat. Good luck!
