I'm going to have to drive-thru somewhere for dinner unexpectedly. Normally I would bring something healthy to eat on the road, but I wasn't able to plan ahead for this.

Any suggestions for quick food that won't wreck the good job I've done so far today?

I have about 800 calories left for the day...

Taco Bell has a "fresco" menu that is one of the least-bad fast food option, I suppose.
  • If you have a chick fil a you could always go for their salads. They're low in calories. If you want something more packed with calories, taco bell as she said has a fresco menu. I believe a fresco style chicken burrito is only around 350 calories. Subway is also a great choice.

I am all about the fresco menu! Two crunchy fresco beef tacos = 300 calories. Same for the fresco chicken soft tacos. Or you can get one bean fresco burrito for 330 calories. Cheap, too!
