Current weight: 133lbs. My goal this week is to not gain weight while I'm at the beach! That's going to be really hard. We eat out alot. I won't be logging in my food but I'll try to eat like I'm at home as much as possible. Wish me luck!!!:ohwell:

I burn more calories in spin class than if I run on the treadmill. I would think, unless your just riding on a flat road the whole time, that you would burn even more on a real bike. :smile:

New current weight for 6/17/11... 133.4 lbs. Yeah!!!! Goals for the coming week... work out every day before I leave for the beach on the following Saturday and add more weight to my weight training. Hope to loose 1 more pound before the bathing suit!!!

If the weight is coming off then don't worry about what others are saying. Later if the weight doesn't come off like it should or you start to feel deprived then eat your extra calories. Some days I'm under, some days just right, and occasionally I'm slightly over. Do what works for you!:happy:

Yes! I love the Pure Protein bars. The peanut butter is the best, but the chocolate one is pretty good too. They have 200 calories, 6g fat, 200mg sodium, 1g fiber, 2g sugar, 20g protein. It sounds like your doing an awful lot of weight training. You should weight train every other day with cardio on the days between. Your muscles need time to repair themselves. Maybe you need to eat a little more because you are burning alot of calories. Good luck.

I lead spin classes and it is the best cardio exercise that you can do! I have a puddle of sweat around the bike when I'm finished. Welcome! I just joined a couple of weeks ago and have lost a little over 5 pounds. It's easy and really helps to keep you on track with your eating. Sometimes I feel like I'm eating too much but so far I'm still loosing. Just eat the calories that they allow you to eat and you'll loose. Good luck.

Hi, I know what you mean. I just started Friday on MFP and I haven't been eating my workout calories either. It just seems that would be an awful lot of calories.
