Thanks napka, yea they check our bags before we go watch the game. so gotta hide it sneaky but i might take in some carrots and popcorn and fruit, some good snacks to eat while i watch them play. thanks for the help =)

Just want to say a BIG thank you to all you lovely ladies for helping me today! I ended up eating chocolate but really really slowly to saver them lol. =) and @Tanyaka thats a really good idea im going to start writing them down in a calendar so i can organise what to do and be prepared. all your tips have been amazing, & im doing so good im drinking alot of water and chewing gum, but you are right i shouldnt deprive myself of it instead im going to work out more and if i have some chocolate then atleast i know i've added it in, but hopefully i wont have any at all.

thanks guys for the help. i have a cadbury caramel drinking chocolate which is low in cals which i have sometimes and i might try dark chocolate, then i wont eat so much! cause when i have milk chocolate (freddo's mainly) i eat a lot. lol

thanks so do i. bubble gum is getting my chocolate craving to slowly go away but giving me a sore jaw instead. =( cant win.

Freddo's are my weakness. I'm not a fan of peppermint tea but a low calorie hot chocolate might work instead. thank you. =)

I have started this week to make myself have breakfast even if it is just a bar or fruit. & take little breaks in between studying to eat something.
