The first time i tried to eat healthy was when i tried kale.........there was a bug in it so it ruined veggies for me. : :(

Sorry I am still learning how to use this fitness pal. But yes, I do not know how to cook and that is a big problem for me, so i eat precooked crap. I dont really know how to put things together also lol. I pretty much suck. My husband does all the cooking but sometimes I want to cook for my self and know how to put meals…

Well, yesterday I ate OVER the recommended calories and did not even gain a pound, in fact I lost weight! :) I will eat more healthier and way more calories from now on :). Thanks everyone for your support!

As Salam Alakium sister! Good Job on your weight lose so far. What I do is eat 1200 calories a day and i keep track of everything that goes in my mouth on my fitness. I usually eat every 2 hours because I cant go over that without eating. I try to eat 100 to 200 calories every 2 hours so by the time dinner comes I have 600…
