I didn't get a diet plan with mine and I bought the DVD.. You do 10 days at level one, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3, then you're done!! You'll also need an exercise mat and hand weights (anywhere between 2 and 5kg, mine are 3kg and definitely feel heavy enough!) Best of luck!!
