I'm doing Ripped in 30....i like it more than the 30 day shred. My only complain is that it tends to make my arms bulk up instead of getting lean, so I alternate days with pilates and yoga.

I'm doing Ripped in 30, but I'm alternating days with pilates because I found that doing it every day was killing my knees! I'm halfway through week 2 - definitely seeing results!! Pants are loose. Very happy with this program....good luck everyone!

I am in the same boat! When I gave birth to my youngest in my I was 208 :*( My normal weight is around 145-150ish. That is when I am my healthiest, and where I tend to gravitate to. After Thanksgiving (where everyone told me I looked pregnant, ugh) I started my diet. I was around 196 when I started and now I'm at 174. I'm…

I don't. I have two small kids (8 months, 2 years), I work FT, and I take 12 credits a semester (nursing), ...so needless to say I am stretched pretty thin. I go running at night, do pilates, and the 30DS in my living room.

I did have two under two until my son turned two in September! It was a bit rough, my 2 y/o has a speech delay but now that he is communicating better things are great. It's a challenge though because they share thes ame room.

Nice :) I have been doing 1 can of albacore tuna, 1/2 chickpeas, green onion, chopped parsley to taste, squeezed lemon, and a dash of olive oil. I really like tuna because of the protein count/

hi, I'm Jenn :) I need to lose about 50 pounds, which scares me :( I haven't been very good at it but I went to the doctor last week and my bp is up. My issue is lack of time to exercise - I work FT, go to school FT, and have two kids.
