my breakfast & lunch concoctions...

I just thought I'd share two SIMPLE and delicious concoctions I made today (good meals for at work)
For breakfast, I mixed:
1 pkg instant oatmeal
1/2 C. canned peaches, drained and RINSED
2 tbl flaxmeal
...and microwaved for 2 min. It's a great way to spruce up your oatmeal, and feel full.
For lunch:
1 can albacore tuna, drained and RINSED
mixed with 2 wedges of Laughing cow cheese.
Spread on low-cal rye crackers
Each meal is approx 250 cal, and both are hearty enough to keep me full during my workday.

I have been doing 1 can of albacore tuna, 1/2 chickpeas, green onion, chopped parsley to taste, squeezed lemon, and a dash of olive oil. I really like tuna because of the protein count/
