Have you tried the low carb snack bars or shakes? When I got tired of eggs...I drink a shake or eat a snack bar like the cranberry almond or cookies and creme....only 3 grams of net carbs, i believe.

How many calories are you eating per day? I started off at 196 over 3 weeks ago and I am only at 187. If i eat more than 1200 calories per day, I will gain weight!
