Milky Ways where I am are called Mars Bars, and I love dark chocolate, so yum!! Chicken ramen noodles (drained) with tuna.

My first mini goal is to get back under 11 stone!

Thanks guys, and you're definitely right, patience is a virtue! I think I was just feeling a bit down on myself the last couple of days and I needed this as some kind of a "win". Thinking back I'm focusing on the positives: * It was a minus, not a plus! * I kept to all my goals during the week * I started doing tricep dips…

Nuts are really good to curb sugar cravings. Cashew nuts are naturally very sweet and Brazil nuts are very filling. Maybe try a handful of assorted nuts when you get a hankering and see how you feel?

For the safety of my colleagues I can't go without tea with milk (low fat though) and sugar. One with brekkie, 11am, lunch and mid afternoon. I'm gradually working down on my sugar though and am now making more of an effort to have plenty of water (or a different tea - green usually) in between.

Better sleep, more energy in the morning and in general, the big thing was just more enthusiasm to life and confidence :)

I know all the recipes are calling for plain/all purpose flour, but would using self-raising be a bad idea? I'm only asking this because I have about 2kg of self raising flour to use up!!

Honestly I just go by the adage of if you're hungry; eat, if not, don't. I average around 1100-1200 calories (around 900-100 considering exercise) my limit is 1490. I've gotten the starvation mode warning a few times but the way I see it, I'd rather enjoy the food I am eating, and not force on the extra 100-200 calories…

Ideal prize would be a sunny holiday, but seeing as I'm just a lowly intern at the moment it will probably be some new clothes, or possibly a relaxing hotel break somewhere in the country. Then again, who knows where I'll be 12lb from now? :)

Instead of sandwiches I have salads or wraps Instead of sugar in my tea I have Splenda. Instead of a biscuits or chocolate I have a rice cake Instead of crisps I have popcorn Instead of crisps I have fruit Instead of cereal or toast in the morning I have porridge

Was in a pub in Dublin last year, had a few mojitos and was particularly merry. But I digress. One of my rings went flying across the room, having become way too bit. My friend then commissioned everyone sitting nearby to help find it. Found it, thankfully, but can't go back to that pub again.. On top of that there's pants…

I bought a box of weight watchers biscuits during the week. Mum saw the box and immediately made a face and said "you shouldn't be eating them". I mean....seriously?!

I'm in the final semester of my final year. Marketing, so lots of projects coming up. My previous diet in college would be a hot chicken roll, with lots of mayo), regular trips to subway, some kind of chocolate bar, lots of energy drinks, etc. Stuff that just kept me going, stress relief, etc. Now I'm 2 months into this…

I'm on a slow and steady route to my goal at the moment, college is making it a bit tougher to stay mobile and keep my exercise up. My March goal is to lose 5lb.

I've lost 11 pounds and have gone down nearly a whole cup size. Love my boobs at the minute, they're much...neater. :D

I weigh-in once a week (first thing on Tuesday mornings). When I pass the halfway point I'll change that to twice a week. Past experience has taught me that nothing good somes of weighing in every day. Any bad result, be it a gain or the scale not budging, can be really disheartening if you let it.

Chicken and cashew nut stirfry (but I take the nuts out :P) with boiled rice.

I'm 7 weeks in, 10 pounds lighter, and was in college today with a group member. We were chatting about the presentation we were getting ready for and she just randomly said "Aoife, you've lost so much weight! You look amazing!!" Made my day :D Also I'm noticing a huge difference in the way my clothes are fitting. Those…
