I mean if you double the 110 calories (because it states each bag is two servings ) that leaves you at 220 Cal's and 40 carbs , pretty close to even given the variance that can occur in packaged stuff. I'd log the higher one personally just in case

Today 33" - 25.5" - 34" Before I was something around 34" - 27" - 37", never really had a whole ton to lose. I've tried to just build muscle I dont measure much though. Also I think my waist is usually a bit smaller but I had a few sodium heavy days recently and noticed I've been bloated lol

I'm 5'4" not too sure how much I weigh, somewhere around 115 right now. My peak was around 130ish so I've lost a fair bit over time. Mainly just looking to build muscle and lose a tad more body fat but definitely welcome to having some friends :)

I honestly snack all day. I feel like my "meals' are barely above snack size lol. I eat about every 2 hours. I like eggs for snacks and greek yogurt.

two weeks or so was about my point where it was starting to become a habit I was looking forward to vs something I was forcing myself to do.

If you keep cutting fat and don't strength train you're still going to look skinny fat , just a smaller skinny fat. I would try to roll in some kind of strength training while you're on your journey to maintain what muscle you do have.

Protein powder, protein bars. I mix protein powder into oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, coffee, etc. I have a chocolate one I add a few tsp of milk to and make it into a pudding that I dip fruit in lol

I hate salad and never ever eat them :) Lunch things for me - eggs, meats, oatmeals, protein shakes, a massive pile of fruit, peanut butter. Tacos (with lean meat, veggies, green salsa, surprising how actually low cal these little guys can be).

for things like already packaged yogurt it should tell you how many calories and how much weight is in that cup right on the package. If you have a big yogurt that you're putting it into your own cup/bowl, put the cup/bowl on teh scale, zero it out, then add your yogurt

Totally obsessed. Most my diary is trader joes. I like the turkey meatballs, hash browns, greek yogurts, mmm. The orange chicken is SO GOOD , better than takeout IMO, but not that great for ya lol
