I do soup and breadsticks and get veggie soup when I go there. I also eat a light breakfast and try to stock up calories for a big meal at a restaurant

I personally refuse to own a scale because of this reason. I weigh myself every few weeks at my gym on their scale. I get discouraged by fluctuations and know a scale would be detrimental for me emotionally.

When you reduce portion sizes it takes a bit to get used to, but after you get used to what a REAL "normal amount" is it's honestly surprising.

not really good for you, but I like to snack on cheerios. Less than 100 cal for a little cup and there are a ton of them so it feels like youre eating a lot lol

I stir fry it or saute in a touch of butter, garlic, and powdered chicken boullion . So good. It's also good dropped into chicken soup

I use C4 preworkout. I dont think it really helps weightloss but it does help me have more energy to put more time and effort into my workouts so I guess in a way that helps weight loss. make a bunch of hardboiled eggs for the week...those individual cottage cheese cups, greek yogurt, protein bar, Kodiak cakes are tasty protein pancakes. Im weird and like cold pancakes so you could maybe make a batch then just eat them rolled up or microwave them real quick

Halo top ice cream lol. 240 calories for the pint. I made a pint last a few days. I've found just cutting it mostly over time though has made me crave it less. Don't deprive yourself too much , just set aside 100 cals or so a day for a bad snack, that's what I do :P

I eat dinner between 7-8 these days and another small snack at 10-11pm. Usually go to bed around midnight

Just bought Enlightened frozen hot cocoa ice cream a few days ago... 160 calories per cup , decent protein and fiber too

My fitbit has also been not working this week with mfp and worked fine before, no settings adjusted. Might be bugged

why not just add like some scoops of protein powder to milk and drink only 2 glasses of milk or something? I think you should bulk with food though instead of liquid only I don't drink milk anymore. All the hormones in it and stuff used to make my skin funky and the problem went away after I stopped drinking milk.

Zumba is my only cardio, but I get REALLY into it - I found an instructor who makes the workouts difficult (some are easier). I absolutely 100% recommend it. it put me in really good cardio shape. I love having zumba friends on my list so feel free to send me a request :D It's addicting!!

I think there are slight differences. Your stomach looks more firm in my opinion. It's a little hard when the positions and lighting are different.
