If you're not doing it already you need to add more protein to your diet lean meats like chicken, turkey, fish and eating more veggies will help fill you up and ur not using up many calories. I'm in a clean eating challenge on fb would you be interested?

You have to watch the sugar content in those and look at the ingredient list you never know what kinds of chemicals ur putting into ur body. I drink shakeology not trying to be sales person on u but ive tried diff protein shakes and this by far has been the best for me

Ive had the same problem and i would beat myself up about it which would make me feel bad and i would binge some more. remember that everyone has pitfalls you can pick yourself back up and get back in the game stay positive if you need any more support you can add me :)
