I cant seem to find a balance in eating. I either do 800 calories or 3000. When I eat it makes me hungrier and hungrier. It doesn't matter what I eat P/C/F any way I combine them. Any advice? I really don't know what to do.

try taking some vitamin supplements that help curb appetite. otherwise, the only advice I can say is to tough it through and eat more nutrient dense protein based foods. carbs are okay but protein will keep you full

This is a great idea. I tend to take Women's health multi vitamins from Morrisons. They have lots of great hormone production and metabolism boosters.

If you're not doing it already you need to add more protein to your diet lean meats like chicken, turkey, fish and eating more veggies will help fill you up and ur not using up many calories. I'm in a clean eating challenge on fb would you be interested?

Make sure you are UP on your vitamins. Also you need to UP your protein intake AND your fiber, and cut your self to 4 meals and 2 snacks so get you to the point you are not hungry. Just divide up what you need into 4 meals. It helped me a lot at first and remember MORE protein and MORE fiber--they are slow to digest and will keep you full

    Taking Multi vit and b12
I eat mostly protein, Limit my carbs. I thought those were the culprit with craving more carbs.
Chicken, fruit and veggies are my staples. I try to plan my meals a head of time.
