  • I had one for awhile. I used it regularly and the only thing it did was hurt my back. Which is crazy because that's why I wanted it in the first place. But when I ditched the lounger and worked on regular crunches and pilates my abs got strong and my back got better.

  • I agree - cheese makes almost everything taste better. We are a big cheesy family and it is hard to avoid. I miss it a lot!
