I just wanted to say KEEP SWIMMING (well keep going) because I had spiked up like 6lbs and was wth.....finally after two weeks constantly keep on track I saw a loss.

    That's me! I lost 4 lbs after NO CHANGE for 5 weeks...now i'm stuck again. I feel better. My clothes are looser. People are asking how much I have lost. Maybe, the scales are just not my thing. LOL...Thanks for the encouragement!

    If your the type that sees results in inches then you should try taping instead of weighing

    I have been working hard tracking my calories and working out for 4 weeks and have gained 2 pounds. Which is pretty much nothing because our weight can fluctuate 1 or 2 pounds any given day. So............I really hope I am working on muscle! I will say I feel much better and my clothes fit nicer. Which also doesn't make sense because when I do the measurements they are the same.

    If I "listened" to the scale, I'd have given up months ago. But I'm exercising, eating properly about 80% of the time and when I look in the mirror, I LIKE what I see. THATS my scale.

    yeah i measure, but only every 4 weeks so looking forward to my next measure session in about 2-3 weeks. scales hate me too! up and down ALL the time!!

    Thanks! I like your SCALE and am going to use that too! The heck with those store bought appliances - what do they know?
