So okay, I love series and I absolutely love the BBC classics so--Little Dorrit, Lark Rise to Candleford, and Downton Abbey have to be top of the list. If you just want cheap drama "Friday Night Lights" actually has some great chic flick episodes.

Don't forget being constipated- nothing contributes to constipation (and subsequently weight gain) like processed food. Upping your water will wash all that 'crap' out. :wink:

Sodium and belly bloat huh?! Wow! Super helpful because that is my main area! I started this process because even though I feel thin, I was being asked if I was pregnant. OUCH! Doing well on water... less well on exercise. Muscular problem... but I could be trying harder to do what my therapist suggests. I'll take that. What do you mean switch one out for sodium? Should I be having more or less sodium?

It helps to have your healthy snacks in easy reach so that when people are just visiting, eating, and talking you can be too- but at least its healthier for you. Drink water at the restaurants.
