I do 30 mins treadmill and 20 mins biking. It's not a lot...but all I can manage. Do I enjoy it? Hmmm it's a love/hate relationship. Hate doing it, love finishing. :)

Skinnytaste.com is good for recipes. They give calorie breakdown/carbs and so on. I just invested in a Paderno spiralizer which is a fun. Mmmmm zucchini pasta....

On toast ...throw some mozzarella cheese on top, and then stick under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Not for everyone I know, especially if you don't eat bread. However I thought I'd throw it out there.

I'm trying low carb....or let's say lower than what I have been used to. I used to consume about 200g a day, but have managed to stay around 75-100 for a while now. Want to get to 50g, but it has been hard. Add me if you like.
