I have the fitbit force and LOVE it!!!! I find it very accurate and very easy to use. Links right up to MFP and syncs every time I am within range of my computer.

I am out. Yesterday I gave in to pms sugar cravings and went over my calories and did not exercise. However, I will keep going on my own for the rest of the month. Good luck everyone! : )

I don't know if you use your phone or not when you run but I use RunDouble app and I am using the 5K improver plan. It is intervals and I really like it.
