  • I personally feel like I get a better workout on the elliptical not the treadmill. I like to do the reverse or aerobic workouts on the elliptical and always use my arms.   • I drink a lot of water. I have 2 600mL Camelbak water bottles that I refill numerous times a day. I normally drink anywhere from 20-25 glasses of water a day. I am still losing weight pretty consistently. I do spread my water drinking out throughout the day.

  • I drink a protein shake everyday after I get home from the gym. I don't like them mixed with water so I mix the powder with skim milk. If I am looking for something else I will throw in some fruit and make a smoothie. It took me a while to find a powder I liked but I can be a little picky.

  • I meet with a trainer once a week and do weight training. Then I incorporate bits of what she shows me throughout the week. I am also doing Ripped in 30. Otherwise I do lots of cardio. The weights are kind of intimidating to me without someone showing me what to do should be adding even more?
