You all are my girls and you all rock. Thanks for the messages and the words of encouragement. I will be back, 4 weeks and counting (PANIC) . . . . all your words have brought a smile to my face. School has been an integral part of my life for the past 5 years. Everything school related has been in preparation for…

Hi ladies . . . . I was going to send you all an email, but I decided this would be easier. I emailed peanut today and let her know that I was going to withdraw from the challenge as I have been a passive participant this far and all you wonderful ladies have been carrying me. I really appreciate and value all the words of…

If i could have a celebrity trainer, I would take Zuzana . . . . . . even thought she isn't a "celebrity" trainer rather a internet celebrity trainer. Jamie Oliver would be my chef . . . . . I would love for him to cook for me :)

QOTD Thursday: I know weight loss takes up a lot time in our lives. What are some of the hobbies or activities you like to do outside of the gym in your spare time? When i have spare time, I run, play w/my kids, read, socialize w/friends. i can't wait to have spare time again. Friday: I don't really emulate anyone or have…

hmmmmm, not sure about one particular media that has influenced me, my own personal self has influenced me the most.

Tuesday QOTD: How many cheat days/rest days do you allow your bodies and how would you describe your cheat days? This is a hard question for me to answer right now since everyday feels like a "cheat" day b/c I'm not exercising. When I was training for the 1/2 marathon, I only rested a two days before my long runs and those…

Kudos to the Blue Team on the results this week!!! To my yellow team, great job ladies :) I am going to post the QOTD early since I won't be around until tomorrow afternoon. MONDAY QOTD: What exercise combinations work best for you/do you see the best results with?? I see the best results w/low mileage running/pylo or HITT…

Hey ladies . . . found the link and got the banner going. Excited to get this week started. Gonna shift my focus back to myself for a bit :) I have missed the gym and I think the sauna is calling my name after a work out :) It's the little things that make us happy, LOL

I started on BC in February and I too gained 20lbs over that time. I also couldn't lose weight either. I stopped taking and immediately lost 10 lbs. After rethinking my hx w/bc i realized that every time I am on bc, I gain weight, become depressed, and have cannot seem to lose weight not matter how much I exercise and how…

My current food craving is . . . . . . . . Diet Pepsi. DP and I have a love/hate relationship. I go in cycles where I barely drink one a week and then on the flip side I will drink DP instead of water. Sad to say I am in that mode right now . . . . YUK. Especially since I know how bad it is for my body and spirit

My belly is my most troublesome spot, specifically, my lower baby pooch. However, i always had a rounder belly, even before babies. The funny thing is, I'm cut upper and obliques, which i think makes my fat jiggle belly stand out even more.

I try to remember why I changed my lifestyle and what my goals are. Some days this works and other days . . . . not soo much, LOL.
-
I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and try to have snacks in between, but it just depends on how my day goes. I aim to eat my calorie range daily :)
-
Ummmm, keep trying each and every day. If you can't get to they gym, try and stay in your calorie range. A slip up is a slip up, and a week isn't a month or a year. Don't stress to much and get back on the horse as soon as possible.

Feeling refreshed and ready to get back on the wagon . . . . . . embracing the challenge and setting a challenge for myself to log all food all week, NO CHEATING :) We got this :) Welcome to sarahkatara, its gonna be a fun ride!!!

I eat chocolate quaker rice cakes w/ a 1/2 tablespoon of peanutbutter on top. I also have skinny cow instead of regular ice cream.

Hi, I am Santiea and I am a 33 y/o mother of two, full-time nursing student, and part time coroner :) I also work another part-time job to keep from getting bored (insert sarcastic smirk here). My fitness journey is almost two years old now and needs a little poking and prodding now and again. I laugh easily and like to…

After spending the last six weeks referring to you as "peanut" . . . . . i had to look three time at your profile pic before it all made sense, LMAO . . .thanks for kicking off the 2nd round :)

It's TIME to BRING IT :) Feeling ready to rock the socks off this week :)
-
I love your yellow ram :)

I feel better and look better. Even though the scale only shows a mere 10lbs, people have noticed and I notice in my clothes and in the way I look in the mirror. :)
-
All the above mentioned aspects have helped in my weightloss efforts. Especially the accountability of my Sexy in Six sisters.

Watch your calorie intake and what type of calories you are taking in. Walk, walk, walk, walk!!! Swimming is also great when you need to exercise, but low to no impact. Even after you get cleared for the gym, its going to take a little bit to get back to the same level of fitness, go slow and listen to your body.

I love my shoulders and my girls aren't to shabby even after two babies. My overall shape is good and I wouldn't change it per se, just tone it down. It's funny, when i look in the mirror, I don't notice my face, LMAO

One more week as the purple team ladies . . . . . it's bittersweet. I am hoping to hit the 10lb mark next week, but am facing one of my most jam packed weeks yet. School, kids, two field trips, two school picture days, work 33+ hours, clinical prep, clinical presentation, and hopefully sleep. I am not sure where I will get…

I skin and chop my squash and then roast in the oven w/some olive oil and sea salt . . . . . . .yummy. I actually prepare most of my veggies this way. I know of recipe's that call for spaghetti squash to be used instead of spaghetti noodles, but I haven't tried it yet, although i do plan on it. After I roast my squash and…

Wow, I eat those as a snack. If I ate one for breakfast, I would chew your arm off in an hour. Breakfast is the best part of my day :)
