  • I used to be exactly the same. But i have started losing Paiyouji plus and have lost nearly 2 n half stone since 16th June.   • I drink it in my coffee in the morning and cant taste it at all but apparently if u jus drink it in warm water it isnt very nice but you can have it with any hot beverage =)
