I used to go 5x per week (week days) for one hour... That helped to lose my first 30 lbs, but then it got stubborn so now I go 7x per week, 2x per day (one hour running in morning before work, and one hour weights/resistance after work) ... it is slowly showing results. And at home I am starting the 30 Day Shred video…
