How many times per week do you hit the gym?

I go to the gym at least 5 times a week. On the other two days I usually do something different, like play tennis. I walk every day too. It's all become more of a habit than a chore at this point.0

What is the 30-day Shred? I have been hitting the gym 3 times a week but I'm not getting the best results. Should I be lifting weights or something. I use the elliptical machine and spend 30 to 45 minutes on it. Help! I have a trip coming up in June and I want to look decent i.e, no muffin tops and flabby belly.0

5-6 days a week.
Mon - Zumba and (yoga/abs)
Tues - Zumba Gold (45 min ), weights (45 min), Zumba (60 min)
Wed - Active rest day (yoga/abs)
Thurs - Weights (60 min ), 20 min HIIT, Zumba (60 min)
Fri - Zumba Toning (60 min), 20 min HIIT
Sat - 30 min HIIT/Abs (or rest day)
Sun - Weights (45-60 min), 10 min HIIT
It's really hard for me to take a rest day, but I do make sure to take 1 a week. As for all the Zumba, I can't help it, I teach it :bigsmile:0 -

I used to go 5x per week (week days) for one hour... That helped to lose my first 30 lbs, but then it got stubborn so now I go 7x per week, 2x per day (one hour running in morning before work, and one hour weights/resistance after work) ... it is slowly showing results. And at home I am starting the 30 Day Shred video today on top of it all! Yikes, but I am now down 40 lbs and addicted to exercise.0
