    Amazing difference! But the obvious question here is how did you lose 100+ lbs in 6 months?
    Lots of determination and actually sticking to eating healthy and exercise!

    The weight just started coming off really quick, I didn't have a 6 month goal or anything like that, I'd never have surgery for being over weight or anything like that, never took any "magic" diet pills, just stuck with things, through the good days and the bad.

    Yeah, it's great to actually have energy to do things now, and actually enjoying exercise is really good, I used to hate it with a passion lol

    Such an inspiration! Please explain what your excercise program consisted of. What did you do on the days you felt like just sitting around eating pizza and watching a movie while it was raining out?

    Thats awesome. All the hard work has paid off. Im just starting out so hopefully in a few months I will be able to post before and after pick. You look so much happier.
