I like it, but you have to take it in moderation. I don't take 4 pills a day. I just take one pill at night. It helps my tummy stay regular and it didn't make mine hurt. I do a rotation of 30 days on and 30 days off. If you have tummy issues, it helps. But, I have heard of people having difficulties with it. I was lucky…

I'm on my second round of it. I did my first round in October and loved the results, I went down a jean size. I'm on L1D3 tonight. I'm hoping to get the same results again this time.

I've still been doing mine.. What day are we posting our results? I'm really curious as to how everybody did also. I don't know how many inches I have lost, but I know it has to be a decent amount because I bought jeans in a smaller size! YAY!!!

Not doing too bad this week. I've been able to get back to doing "The Shred". Was out a few days because of a tweaked ankle. I'm really, really hoping that I hit the 20 lb loss tomorrow. I only have 1lb to go!

L2D9 done last night. Last day on L2, I will get that done tonight. Little nervous about starting level 3. :ohwell:

I tweaked my ankle pretty badly over the weekend and had to take a couple days off. Now, I'm behind. But, I did do L2 D8 last night without it flaring up again. I'm now back on track!

Did L2 D7 last night... I have Jillian's Yoga Meltdown and thought I would alternate that with another round of The Shred. But, I have heard great things about Ripped in 30. I am still undecided. Too many choices!!! LOL :tongue:

L2 D5 DONE! 15 days in!!! Half way there ladies! I'm noticing that I have more stamina. I don't have to take breaks during the cardio anymore! YAY :happy:

I did L2 D3 for 13 days total.. I also added the first level of Yoga Meltdown last night... That was pretty rough on the wrists. And, I found out that I have ZERO balance! LOL

I finished Day 10 L2 last night. I still can't balance very well and my right knee is starting to bother me. I may have to do the lower impact routines for a couple of days until the twinging stops.

Moved on to Level 2 last night.... So, D8 L2 done. It felt good to work different muscle groups. Just about fell over though doing the balance one leg, lift your weights and kick exercise... LOL

Got through Level 1 Days 6 & 7 over the weekend. Took Sunday off and am back on it today. Gonna see how tonight goes to see if I'm ready to move up to level 2.... Here's hoping!

L1 D5 last night. I was very excited that I was able to do more push ups last night! On the first day, I fell flat on my face LOL....

Did L1 D4 last night. I FINALLY feel better. I just had to get over the day 3 hump. My legs were burning the first couple of days. Last night they didn't hurt as much so I was able to go deeper on the lunges. Today they feel a little sore, but a "good" sore, not like the last couple of days where I was limping around. LOL…

It can be difficult to find the time. I am a 39 year old working mom and I understand. I try to send my 2 year old little girl off with her daddy for a bit while I do a kickboxing or yoga video. My 11 year old boy enjoys working out with me, so I get the bonus of "mommy" time with him. I try to do it directly after work…
