My biggest obstacle is exercising during that "time of the month!" I always do really well up until, and then I struggle to keep with it. I am hoping to break that pattern soon. Also, working in a place where their are lots of treats. Date NIghts. Sweets AND portion size!

Thanks everyone! :) I want this, so I am starting on the journey. I like what was said about it being one step at a time..and how change wont happen overnight. I think that's what I expect--instant change!
