Like has been said, time will tighten them up some. Lotion, collagen powder, and tricep exercises will help. In the meantime, be proud of the weight you lost! That's an amazing achievement.

215 to 150 in about seven months. I've actually been teetering between 150-155 for about half a year now. I thought I'd take a good look at where I started to remind myself that change is possible. Of course, this thread is overwhelming proof of that!

The books will always hold a special place in my heart, but Kristen Stewart has systematically ruined every movie I thought I would have enjoyed.

Sorry, I'm confused. I don't know much about LOTR but I didn't think Smeagol had a full head of hair?

I wore a Twilight shirt for my senior pictures in high school that I know I'm going to regret for years to come.

I'll admit, I've only fully played through the original Silent Hill. I played a bit of Silent Hill 3 and even less of Homecoming. Still consider myself a fan. I wish I'd played the remastered collection before I sold my 360.

Ugh, imagine them trying to drag out GoT even more than it's been. Some people have been waiting 20 years for a conclusion!

I'm unfamiliar with Robert Jordan and had to google him. I'm assuming the books that came out after his death weren't as good?

So much this. If he does, he may go down as the biggest troll in literary history. Oh, and your cats are awesome.

Any of the horror fans here played P.T. on the PS4? That game is SCARY. It also made me super excited for Silent Hills. Starring Norman Reedus and directed by Guillermo del Torro? I need it.

I was fully unprepared for how big and immersive this game is, but I'm ecstatic about it. I doubt I'm even halfway through and I'm already planning a second playthrough.

So nice to see so many fellow geeks here! I'm a huge fan of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones (books and show), Harry Potter (just the books), The Walking Dead, video games, reading, anime, and manga. One of my main motivators for exercising right now is that I've banned myself from my PS4 until I've worked out for the day. And…

I bought a Nutribullet after using an Oster personal blender for the longest time, and I'm glad I shelled out the money for it. The smoothie making process for my old Oster used to go something like this: add ingredients, attempt to blend, thump cup on counter, blend again, thump on counter again, add more more…

Thanks a lot for the great advice and encouragement, everybody! It's definitely given me a lot to think about. I do feel comfortable eating 1200 a day, but I think I'm going to increase my calories and exercise more regularly. I definitely don't want to plateau and have to lower my calories any more than they are later…

Thanks for the reply. I suppose losing less weight is something I'll have to resign myself to, but it will be worth it if it's better for me. Funnily enough, I read that article not that long ago. That's actually what got me thinking about strength training. I do have resistance bands, I just never figured out what to do…

I've been an HP fan since I was 11! I'm actually rereading the series right now. I'd love to get in on this!

Plain Greek yogurt! I love the vanilla flavored one but I stopped eating it due to the high sugar content. Now I've switched to plain and can only drink it in smoothies. Sometimes I'll choke it down on its own with some fresh food mixed in when I feel like punishing myself.
