Ive been doing a p90x/insanity hybrid for 2 months with a week break. its going to be a 3 week 4 days vacation. Won't be watching my diet that much. And also I heard you need to eat at least 1600+ cal or else you won't lose any weight when excising

It looks like ive been eating 1800 form the beginning of the work out and Ive lost a single kg, but im not entirely too sure. I thought 1400 is ideal for weight loss.

Hmm ok so now watch what I eat and repeat doing the second month? I can see my muscles but not so much with weight loss.

I'm trying to get rid of my belly fat does it work if I keep eating the way I am now and do month 2 again? I can see my upper belly fat has been reduced but not so much for the lower abs. Should I do cardio abs 3x per week now?
